Your Appointment- which should I choose ?

There are two ways you can work with me-  Please have a think which option is most appropriate for you.

1. Full Body Assessments/ Anatomy in Motion Sessions (AiM) (120 minutes- $300)

A detailed full body movement assessment taking into consideration your injury history, your resting posture and assessing a specific set of movement check ins (and other assessments as is indicated). The initial appointment will last two hours and covers A LOT of assessment in A LOT of detail. The AiM of this is to leave no bone unturned and give your body the attention to detail it needs and deserves to work out what is missing and how this may relate to your pain, your complaint or be limiting your performance. I will then give you a set of movement based explorations to begin working on.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO NOTE that this is not a one off treatment, but an active and involved treatment process- it is not a quick fix and it will require hard work and persistence on your part as well as a dialog backwards and forwards between me and you to make sure things are moving in the right direction and that you are understanding the movements and feeling things in the correct way in between sessions.

To assist with this and to optimise value and progres, I offer you the unique opportunity to record your exercises and send them back to me in between sessions for feedback.

Perfect  for people who have an interest in human movement, would like to taking back control of their body or optimise their body for their chosen hobby or sport or more commonly someone that has failed traditional approaches and treatments in reducing their pain and/or has a complex/ extensive injury history.

2. Physiotherapy

Initial Consult - 60 minutes- $165 (single issue)                              Extended Initial Consult - 90 minutes $215 (multiple issues)

A shorter appointment (than the AIM consult) directed towards a specific area of complaint. eg knee pain, neck pain, foot pain. This may be more appropriate for an acute or recent injury, a work injury or for someone that feels that overall they move well but would just like some help with something a little more specific.

You will still receive tailored exercises for your problem as well as the opportunity to send videos for feedback in-between sessions. Treatment may include movement/ strength exercises, manual therapy, dry needling or a combination as is indicated.

Your body deserves the right 'Neutrients'
