I use detailed gait and movement assessment to get you out of pain and optimise your movement and performance.
By identifying restrictions in your body both specific to local areas of pain or more globally away from the site of pain, I will work with you to address these issues using combination of manual therapy, strength exercises and movement based/ gait exercises.
